Scanly does not require an account and we do not collect, store, or sell your personal information on our own servers.

When you open a link from a scanned code, you leave the app and are subject to the destination site's own terms and privacy practices. Always check links from unknown sources before opening them.
Scanly is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Since we do not store your personal data on our servers, your scan data stays on your device. We still recommend keeping your device and the app up to date.
